Can we just turn up and play?
If we have space available there and then you can play! However, we always recommend booking in advance on our website. This can be done up to 90 minutes before the game starts. You are welcome to give us a call to see if we have anything available last minute.
Are the games scary?
Our games Trophy Trouble and Climate Crisis are family friendly and considered not scary. For young children we advise to try out our game Trophy Trouble first. This game is well lit, and has a fun atmosphere. Climate Crisis is more mysterious, slightly darker and has some sound effects. Our new game, that is currently in development, will be more scary. More info on this will follow later.
How many people can play at once?
Our games are designed for 2-6 players. When playing with 2 players you have to work quicker to finish all the challenges in 60 minutes. A larger group is great fun but it can be challenging to communicate appropriatly. The games can be played simultaniously, therefore we can host up to 12 players in one session. If you are a group of 7 players and really want to play one game together, be aware that each player will have slightly less to do. The price for 7 players is €140.
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, it is not. We are located in a basement only accessible by stairs.
How long does a game take?
You have 60 minutes to complete the game, some groups finish quicker than others. We always ask groups to arrive 10 minutes before the start of their timeslot, to start on time, so we can guarantee 60 minutes in the game.
What languages can we play in?
Our games are available in German, English and, on request, Dutch. We try to involve little reading or speaking in the games so even with limited knowledge you should be able to understand the games. Most important is that you understand the rules before entering the game
Are toilets available?
No, we currently have no toilets on site. However, public toilets are available during the winter and summer season right outside our entrance. They are open until 6PM. In the “off-season” the closest toilets are found by the train station.
Where are the escape games located?
Arlberg Escapes is located in the center of St. Anton am Arlberg. Next to the Supermarket BILLA, where there is a large parking lot available.
It’s a 3 minute walk from the train station.

Are the escape rooms suitable for corporate events?
Yes, definitely! We even offer special packages for teambuilding, hospitality events and gastronomic experiences. Get in touch and we will tell you more about them. We are excited to create the perfect event for you!
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours prior to game time.
- 50% cancellation fee between 12 hours and 3 hours of game time.
- 100% cancellation fee within 3 hours of game time.
Can we play after a few drinks?
Escape games can be challenging and we recommend playing with the best brain capacity possible. As long as we believe you will be respectful with our properties and behave during the game you can play. If you are clearly drunk and disrespectful we will refuse entry, no refund will be given.
